Account and sign-in help

The iOS app uses Sign in with Apple. Facebook players continue to sign in through Facebook. Accounts are not automatically linked. Contact support if you cannot find your expected progress; do not delete your account to troubleshoot a sign-in problem.

Purchase help

If you were charged but did not receive an item, include the product name and transaction or order ID. Do not purchase it again just to retry delivery.

For Apple-billed refund requests, visit Apple’s Report a Problem page. For Facebook-billed purchases, use Facebook’s payment-help options. Refund decisions are handled by the billing platform.

Account deletion and privacy requests

Email support with the subject “Account deletion” or “Privacy request” and your racer name. We will verify account ownership before acting. Do not include your password.

Account deletion removes access to the account and its game progress. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or transaction obligations. See the Privacy Policy for details.

In-game account deletion

In the iPhone game, open the question-mark Help menu and choose Account & Privacy. Confirm the permanent loss of your racer, cars, balances and personal game data, then submit the request. Requests are processed within 7 days. You can cancel while the request is pending, before processing starts. Return to Help → Account & Privacy to check the deadline and completion confirmation. You do not need to email support to complete this process.

During processing the account is locked. Apple authorization is revoked, private messages and account-owned uploads are removed, and shared game records are anonymized so other players keep their own assets and results. Minimal transaction identifiers and anonymous accounting records are retained for transaction integrity and duplicate-payment prevention. Deletion does not itself request a purchase refund from Apple. A later sign-in starts a new account, not a restoration of the deleted account.
